Office Building for Sale - Transitioning to Online Services

Read a PDF of the letter sent to clients or read the full text below.

Hello,

This letter is to inform you: The clinic building (W10610 Clinic Street, Elcho WI) is for sale.

Please note, counselors, Ron Schoeneck and Kathy Schoeneck have already fully transitioned their clients to online services.

The realtor, Judy Mixis from Shorewest Realtors, reported that the selling process could take from 2 months to over a year. Once the building is sold, then services with Wetzel-Rasmussen Counseling Services will shift to online-only-sessions through Telehealth (your existing therapy portal).

I will no longer be able to treat children, who require in-person sessions, but will be able to work with individual, coparents, older kids, and families who respond well to telehealth appointments.

If your child is currently a client, or if you are currently a client, and are not interested in moving forward with the clinic through the use telehealth sessions, then you are encouraged to seek in-person services with another provider. If you would like to be provided with a list of other counseling providers, please contact the front office, by using the information above and Cindi will send you a list. It is suggested that you talk about this news during your upcoming counseling session.

I want to provide you with this information, so you are able to consider your choices and make the best decision about how to best move forward in your mental health treatment.

Best Regards,

Natalie Wetzel-Rasmussen, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor &
Clinic Director
